Home of the Annual Contemporary Narrative Therapy Conference

This unique workshop style conference offers participants an in depth look at the latest thinking in contemporary narrative therapy. We are committed to bringing together some of the brightest thinkers and talented therapists who are working to reimagine narrative therapy for our contemporary times and problems. We are also committed to create an overall spirit of belonging and inspiration for narrative therapists who often work against the grain of traditional therapy ideas and practices.

What participants are saying about the annual Contemporary Narrative Therapy Conference

"It was a pleasure to attend the conference.  I returned to home (and the snow) with a renewed commitment to the radical possibilities of postmodern practice. Hoping to keep the momentum going. Glad there are dates for next year. Will be spreading the word."

"I wanted to send a sincere thanks to you and the presenters for sharing your work, and beautiful ideas.  I've been swimming in ideas and enthusiasm since leaving. I was transferring my notes onto my computer and was experiencing it again for the first time. Thank you for prioritizing tapes and transcripts, and walking us through it all. I sincerely mean this, I don't think I've learned more about narrative therapy in one sitting than I have in all the years I've been developing my own practice."

"Thank you for your enormous effort in bringing the Contemporary NT Conference to life. It was edifying and inspiring. During this time, invigorating narrative ideas and bringing them forward is critical. I feel ready to see clients with renewed vigor."

"I wanted to let you know that I found the Narrative Therapy Conference to be extremely helpful and insightful. I loved the speakers and felt I gained valuable knowledge that I'll carry forward in my work as I explore these concepts more. This was one of my first continuing education experiences and it was my first time being in a room filled with so many therapists. I was very moved after the first day because I felt a strong sense of belonging as I sat in that room with other like-minded people. It was the first time, I felt deeply emotional about what I was learning. I was so excited about what we had learned that I didn't stop talking about it for the rest of the weekend. So, thank you for the opportunity to attend!"
